VAT ZERO RATING : The prices are ex VAT. But in view of a High Court ruling relating the vessels of over 15 tonnes measurement and thus “qualifying Ships, your purchase may be VAT zero rated if certain criteria are met.

The Contract used is a BMF contract with stage payments, a fixed price on the original agreement and with stage payments and financial protection to the buyer.
